The pillows are really comfy (as expected) and organic twill casing is well made. Customer service is responsive and effective.
4 stars instead of 5 because pillow case options seem hard to find and ComfyComfy offers two bland options. This will always looks like an afterthought in my bed or need to be hidden to look right. Happy with it but give me some decorative options that smooth they way to marital adoption.
Well packaged. Very satisfied with my order. I made myself a neck pillow to my size and comfort and couldn't believe the difference to my sleep. Definitely worth the purchase of the Organic Buckwheat Hulls.

I'm very happy with my side sleeper pillow. It took a few weeks of getting used to, especially since I kept squishing my ear against it. But after a month, I no longer feel any neck or shoulder aches from a bad night's sleep

I previously ordered the side sleeper round pillow because I was hoping it would provide better support and reduce my jaw pain, but I found it difficult to adapt to. I use it for lumber support in my office chair and its fantastic for that purpose. The original pillow turns out to be just the thing I need for comfortable, supportive sleep. It took only a few nights to get used to and there's a noticeable reduction in my jaw pain. I love that I can form it to provide great neck support without pressing against my cheek/jaw. So good! I'm very happy I gave it another shot and ordered a second pillow.
