That's right, not only do we ship anywhere in Canada, we offer free shipping for every order. Your order will arrive within 4-6 business days (not including weekends).

We offer free shipment tracking on all orders. Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. As soon as the shipment is sent out, we will send you an email with tracking info as well.
Packages are shipped using a variety of couriers including Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, FedEx, Amazon and other courier companies.

30 Day Free Returns*
Starting October 24th, pillows bought as gifts may be exchanged/returned until January 31, 2021.
We know that there is always some uncertainty when buying any product online, much less a pillow you've never had the chance to hold in your hands or lay your head on. That's why we offer a 30 day free return/size exchange guarantee, and return shipping is on us!
You can order worry free, knowing that if you are in any way unsatisfied with your pillow, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days or exchange it for a different size. We take pride in our product and strive to not only provide you with quality handmade pillows, but with awesome customer service as well. To return/exchange a pillow, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you instructions for sending it back to us. When doing an exchange, please make sure to contact us and not order another pillow without reaching out to us first.

For hygiene reasons, our return pillows will only be used for demo purposes or donated. They will never be resold.
