It's supportive and stays cool. This is the second pillow I've purchased - originally I tried it for my partner who sleeps with a cpap mask on and gets too hot. It's been great for that since the pillow holds its shape and doesn't retain heat. I had to buy a second one since I had been trying to steal his pillow in my sleep!
