Processing delays

Due to the volume of orders, our processing time is about 1-2 weeks. We are very sorry for the inconvenience and thank you very kindly for your patience. If you need your order earlier, please contact Melissa at melissa@comfycomfy.ca and we will try to ship your order as soon as we can. 

Multiple Items

If you've ordered the ComfySleep or ComfyNeck plus another item (ex. pillowcase, Weighted Heat Therapy Wrap etc...) they will be shipped separately. You will most likely receive your order of ComfySleep/ComfyNeck first, but don't worry, your other items will be on their way soon. 

Porch pick up

Porch pick up is available in Ajax, ON. If you would like to come by and pick up your order, please contact Melissa at melissa@comfycomfy.ca before placing your order so that it won't automatically be sent to our fulfillment centre.

Holiday return policy

Holiday return policy is in effect and any orders placed after October 24, 2020 can be exchanged/returned until January 31, 2021.
