How ComfyComfy is responding to COVID-19
To Our Dear Customers,
ComfyComfy is 100% committed to the health of our community and Canada. In an effort to help curb the spread of Covid-19, we are taking the following measures.
After taking 2 weeks off, we have reopened our workshop and are:
- Limiting the filling, packing and shipping to only one person, my husband Dan.
- Sanitizing the work station before working every day.
- Washing hands frequently.
- Practicing physical distancing in our every day lives so that we are interacting minimally with people outside our "bubble" which consists of Dan, myself and our toddler. During this time of uncertainty, please take care of yourself. Eat healthily, sleep well, breathe deeply, and be kind to one another. We will get through this!
How Covid-19 is impacting processing, shipping, and email response times:
We apologize for the longer than usual processing time. We are usually able to ship orders out within 24 hours, but are no longer able to do so. We are trying our hardest, but the processing time is now approximately 3-5 business days. We thank you so much for your patience and understanding!
Due to Canada Post experiencing larger than usual volumes, we unfortunately cannot guarantee a timeframe for delivery any longer. Please note that the expected delivery date that Canada Post provides is inaccurate, but the delivery status is still being updated, so you can still track your package. At this time, it seems that on average, customers who select standard shipping are receiving their orders around 2-2.5 weeks from the time they are shipped. Those who select expedited shipping are receiving their orders around 1 week from the time they are shipped. If you think that your package may have been lost during delivery and would like Canada Post to open an investigation, you can call them at 1-866-607-6301.
If you would like to receive your order sooner, we are now offering porch pick up in Ajax. If you would like to do so, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org with the items you'd like to purchase and I will send you a custom order. Most items will be available for pick up 24-48 hours upon placing your order.
I would like to personally apologize for any delays in responding to emails. We are currently receiving an abundance of emails and I am solely responsible for replying to them. I am trying my best to give a response within 3 days, but please be patient. I promise I will get to you!
Changes to our return policy:
Due to the delays in shipping, we have decided to extend our return policy from 30 days to 60 days. That way, you will have adequate time to try out your new buckwheat pillow and to get accustomed to a new way of sleeping.
